    My impression is that Porsche switch to cheaper tyres after launch production, once media reviews are done.

    Incredible that VW/Audi/Porsche still get away with allowing safety to be a chargeable optional extra.

    The GLE is a very spacious comfortable car, especially with air suspension. And 60 miles of hybrid range on top of diesel range. The existing Macan doesn’t have enough room in the back for adults, the EV sounds no better. I am however allergic to the amount of plastic chrome on most GLE models.

    Agree regarding Bose vs. Standard, based upon Taycan. If you like music at least go for Bose. If you really like music and you don’t want to be tempted, don’t try the £4K Burmester system. I have that in my Cayenne & love it. i chased down a Taycan with innodrive etc. then one by one turned off...

    In the UK, a reasonably specced 4 lists at £85k. That also buys you an almost new or discounted Taycan. Overall market share won’t grow?
