The ones the "news" keeps telling you about. What tariffs?

We are now hoping it's not clunky like the demo Jay Leno Drove. As to anyone losing interest I think people after 6 to 10 months want to see feel and touch what they're being promised. Scout's Marketing and management know this their playing this like an old Benny Hill episode some will leave early some once it comes time to splash down the real cash. And some will endure the journey and hopefully enjoy a well engineered marvel that we leave to a loved one. That's the Scout I want now let's limit the fanfare and show me the Scout !!!!
Good idea, but as far as I know the reservation numbers are not sequential, that would make it hard to know.Still exited. Since it will be both DD (95%) and fun car (5%) for me, I am hoping it has comfortable seats more than anything else!
Anyone with a reservation spot in front of me, feel free to cancel!!![]()
I've lost interest. As previously stated in this thread, I just don't see how a powerful-enough and reliable engine/generator stuffed between the rear axle and bumper is going to work. The more I see/hear from the CEO I get a cringe snake oil salesman vibe, and if the Slate EV is really going to happen, that's all I need, and I'll just keep my Bronco.I have lost interest along time ago. I have not asked for my deposit back yet, but I am getting ready to.
Regardless of what is said in this forum, why isn’t Scout communicating with those that submitted reservations? A quarterly newsletter, officially from Scout or something, anything, hello?
I forked over money with my reservation I should get some courtesy from Scout. Or is this an indicator of how their long-term customer support is gonna be?
From a similarly aged dinosaur - that's a damn nice looking vehicle! Hope it does well for you and your family...I just bought a Cadillac Vistiq got 11 k in incentives while they still exist. When I get a email or call one day from Scout that it's time to see feel and touch 2 yrs from now I will cross that bridge when it happens. But I've come to realize I don't need an off-road vehicle I rarely would need that option. I do need a comfortable cruiser that me wifey Louie our English bulldog can navigate life in. With current conditions in our world and country I am glad I bought an EV. To me a 65 yr old dinosaur it just makes sense. All the best to everyone.
