Blind spot warning not working. "Rise" not working properly or at all.

Blind spot warning not working
”rise” either doesn’t work, work right or not high enough
provided charger only home charger, faster ones don’t work with my car, dealer says does, Porsche says no

Today, used fast charge at electrify am (10% 5 minutes, just wanted to try) get back on hwy, tried to turn on adaptive cruise and gives me this message and most of my safety stuff inactive. cruise won’t work. WTH? Hopefully will reboot overnight. anybody else have any issues like this?
