Cannot access the App Center on the center display

For some reason I cannot access the App Centre on the central display.
It asks me to log in with my Porsche id even though I am already logged in.
I have allowed access to the app centre in setting.
Does anyone have any tips?

I have the exactly same issue. It worked but suddenly ask me to log in with my Porsche ID (already logged in). Did you resolve this issue?

I tested mine just now. Works when connected to Wi-Fi, doesn't work when not connected to wifi.....
I looked for a setting to enable access for cell, but nothing jumps out clearly for me.

App center access, downloading apps, and doing updates was in fact working at some point, as that's how I installed YouTube, but now app center only works when on a Wi-Fi connection.

It might be data services turned off for app center, but not sure when to check that and turn it on.

Check if Privacy Mode is enabled. Also try rebooting the PCM by holding down the volume knob until the display goes blank.
