Trying to figure out this sequence. When I park my car, hit the power button and open the door everything turns off like it should. However when I’m climbing out of the seat headlights and dash turn back on. It’s not caused by a fob button getting triggered or grabbing the steering wheel (first 2 ideas that I had and ruled out). I know think it’s something to do with how I get out of the seat and some kind of pressure sensor getting triggered. I have the sport seats so you have maneuver over the thigh bolsters. I typically rotate a little in the seat before stepping out. The other day I tried get out very slow and smooth and it didn’t happen Anybody else notice this and figure why this happens?

I’ve never pressed the power button in my entire ownership so far.

Just get out and start walking away like you’re in action movie and there’s an explosion behind you.

My guess is you’re turning it off via the button, but then moving and reactivating it.

This is an awesome image and it will live rent free in my head from now on!
But, yes, this is how I get out, too. The button isn't needed. The only button that's needed is closing the "open/close lids" display so I can get back to the android auto music panel and stop it, else the phone will keep playing after disconnect. (Only car where this ever happens.)
