I did go to the gas station today and waited in line for gas...well, actually it was propane gas for my grill and there was only one person ahead of me, so it wasn't too bad.

The good news is that I bought a slim jim - been a long time since I had one of those as an impulse buy.

reminds me of The Toilet Paper crises, people hoarding on bad news, no real shortage.
A big cause of the toilet paper shortage had nothing to do with hoarding. Pretty interesting:

Well, honestly this is a "self made crises." I am REALLY tempted to drive up to the gas stations in my EVs, with a big tank in the back, and just buy a ton of gas just to make a point to the people who are panic buying.

Sheesh!

Repeat after me: there is no shortage of gas, just shortage of common sense and courtesy.
