Instrument Cluster suddenly going dark

My problem recurred yesterday. Resetting the PCM brought back the image, but not sound from the stereo. Had to stop the car, get out and lock it, wait a few minutes, then go back in. Pretty annoying and I really don't want to have to take it to the dealer, so I'm hoping this doesn't become a regular thing.

They told me of a new recall which came out that morning

I'd love to find out more about this, if it isn't the WSD0 TSB from March. I've booked my car in for the ASA3 recall, and the WSD0 TSB to see if it fixes some minor startup problems, and also the car has locked us out twice - once today.

WSD0 is the software update for all the error / assistance messages... and ASA3 compaign is for the camera...

My center screen has been going out since i got the updates...but i've also started using CarPlay again...So i may have to turn that off to see if its the problem.

Yeah, I got the update yesterday and it happened again about an hour later, so clearly my SA was mistaken…
