Moving to another country

My old address abroad is still showing in the app and on my account. I’ve already emailed Porsche and registered with my local dealer, but the app still lists the old details. Is it actually possible to update your Porsche Centre after moving, or does the original dealership where you purchased the car remain permanently tied to the app?

I'm having a similar problem. I moved from England to Canada on the day that Canadian COVID restrictions were lifted having sold my 911 the day before. My new order Macan 4S never showed up in the app, the Porsche centre is still the old one. I've changed my address and notified the dealer - no change. Will see what happens on delivery. I've got plenty of email options so I can just create another account if needs be
