Power to 12Volt connector and USB socket?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if the 12Volt cigarette socket connector turns itself off when the car is turned off after a while.
Have a dashcam that I need to connect but don't want to drain the batteries.

Alternatively I could try to connect using the USB sockets in the front well - do these turn off too when the car is parked and off.

Both the plug sockets and USB ports remain on for 30 minutes after the car is turned off.
