Software issue with DC charging

This week I tried my first DC charge at an Electrify America terminal - no success. I took my Macan to the dealer and it turned out to be a software glitch which prevented the already established and verified Porsche-Electrify America account to be seen by the Charge app. The technician reset the system (which wiped out all the preferences) and the charge mechanism appears to be working now. I will test it tomorrow at an Electrify American station.
