IMHO original set has a better quality (just seen one of this Ali set bought by a owner who is not on this forum and I can say the thickness of the film of the original one is better) but it’s pricey and it doesn’t cover all the area where you can have scratches.

Porsche original one has pieces for #2, 5, 6 and 8. In Porsche set piece #5 covers central and passenger but if you haven’t passenger display you can use #2

No it isn’t as it has been stated in the previous messages. Porsche one has 4 pieces and no protection for the main screen (behind the wheel).

The one from Porsche has both: with passenger screen and without. But indeed overpriced…

I had to do a fast charge two night ago (unfortunately my father passed away and I was 700 km far from home). Scheduled a charging station (or better the car did) and 20 minutes before the start batteries temperature start to rise from 8C. I did a quick stop and noticed flaps were closed...

Mine works as should and it’s a great improvement over my Tesla (and mine was working better than many other users).

IF you click on the network signal it opens this menu where you can check the battery status

There's a notification in the "notification" section saying that the wireless charging is active. It turns on when you put the phone inside the "black hole"

@Awaz not yet (i use fast charge services only for long trip - otherwise I use hotel charging point). On Wednesday I will be back home (750 km) and I have to charge on the highway for sure ( 😅 ) so I will check it (I still have my keyfob chain with RFID and Porsche Card in case.....)

I talked with my SA and he said that Porsche made a mod to his main authorization system and now this is the correct way to activate a "sleeping" P&C 🤔🤔🤔.... Believe it or not now it works.... 🥳

Added solution for activate Plug & Charge without perform a Car factory reset. Thanks to @TomekGnomek for finding out this solution

Thanks man, you did it!!! Now my plug&charge works as should without a car reset (something I don’t want to do since everything worked fine except the P&C). I just changed the privacy settings off and then again on and was able to turn on the P&C in the PCM and the app is now ready to download...
