seat belt banging

I noticed that the passenger seat belt continues to bang against the side post when the seat is not occupied. Has anybody else noticed this. Other than keep the belt buckled when not occupied is there another fix?

Move the clip all the way up to the small indent. It will stay there and stop rattling

I used one of these buttons, works better, me thinks, and quite inconspicuous, actually.
No rattle now.
