Unable to connect through the app

Not sure if this is an issue with my car or a problem with porsche, but I'm unable to connect to the car through the app to lock/unlock or turn on pre-climate... anyone else having this issue?

Is Data Privacy enabled in your driver profile? Has this ever worked for you or did this just start happening?

It had previously been working, noticed when I downloaded the apple watch app it was no longer connecting

Took the local Porsche dealer around a month to sort this out on mine and they hinted that they weren't completely confident the issue was completely resolved.
lots of back and forth between the locals and Porsche Germany by the sounds of it.

Next step is to replace the control module. Whatever that is.

But so far it's working.

(my car was only a few weeks old when this happened)

Ugh... that doesn't sound good. I think I saw an earlier post where the (same?) problem was solved with unhooking the negative terminal on the 12v battery for 5 min? Waiting to hear back from porsche
