I’m looking for advice or similar experiences regarding problems with suspension alignment.
TL;DR the car pulls to the side and feels unstable during highway speeds, acceleration, and braking.
The steering wheel slowly but surely goes off center more and more.
Despite multiple repair attempts the problem persists.
Two different Porsche centers attempted to fix the geometry more than 5 (!) times in total.
Diagnostic tests confirm the geometry falls out of spec within weeks or a few hundred kilometers of "repair".
It's not related to wheels, happens on winter and summer tires which are perfectly aligned.
They tried multiple geometry adjustments (which do not hold), subframe decompression, replacement of bolts, height sensor recalibration for the air suspension, torque spec adjustments (from 80NM to 120NM).
Has anyone else experienced suspension geometry that simply won't stay calibrated?
Any tips on escalating this would be appreciated.
