It is very clear WSJ0 = VR28.13 What @craz8 above says is true. Update is exactly the same as released 7 months ago. Zero 2026 features made it to 2024/2025 models.

It should turn in neutral how else are you supposed to use those conveyor-style car washes / winch it on a flatbed / etc. But have never tried it in park or neutral.
