So in the US, plenty of stories of EVs getting keyed, ICE owners purposively parking in charging spots. Even in downtown Chicago in my building we have 10 charging spots in the garage (out of hundreds of spots always plenty of room) and a gas car is parked in one of them probably at least once a...
AllanG and tmrqs I could not agree more, I'm a city guy and have been parking in tight spots for as long as I have driven. That said...I am quite happy to have this feature for both my sig other and oldest kid ...both quite competent drivers ...but both, when it comes to parking, yeah let's...
I am two weeks from taking delivery and finally was able to test drive one in downtown Chicago. I did not get full specs but it was pretty "base" for a 4, exceptions being 21' tires and leather with HUD. The freeway was jammed so I was limited to downtown streets.
I have been trained over...
So how have u been liking the contrast between the gloss black blades and mirrors and the ice grey? Waiting to get mine with same choices (plus gloss back door handles)
Note to all waiting for their Midwest US cars...I noted before the amethyst Ace, which my car was coming in to Baltimore got postponed. My SA told me today my car is on the Future Way. A boat not even on the pmr schedule! It departed yesterday with an ETA in Baltimore of Oct 11.
Nothing for those of us whose car was going to be shipped on the Marvelous Ace to Baltimore, Freeport, and other points, that that ship is now being "skipped". It's been at anchor for a week. Waiting for my SA to reach out but my Oct 11 date will likely be at least a month later. ?
Getting it's at Lincolnwood or downtown? My macan 4 is getting loaded on a boat this week enroute to Lincolnwood! Recent reports are innovative has gotten to be quite good we will see. I still have 4 weeks to go the wait is killing me. Really want to see one for myself but didn't think...
I was surprised to see the turbo under 300...just from a marketing perspective I think these days you need to do what u need to do to get 300 minimum in there. With Kyle getting ~330 at 70 mph I was hoping the 4 would get 325 or so EPA. But again hopefully Porsche is continuing to be conservative.
Did Ice Grey too (my build is posted)...as noted there, wow, if I hadnt seen it in person I never would have gotten it! But looks great in the flesh. The "interesting" creamy grey colors used to be specific to premium cars but now everyone seems to be doing it...but no one has Ice Grey, it is...
