Macan EV aftermarket wheels from Norway (Megahjul/ZAX)

No I didn't opted for this shop, actually according to my information derived from several resellers in Europe this company has several kind of troubles and issues with their product quality for more than the last couple of years including rims with compromised integrity resulting in broken...

Supposing the reduced efficiency is because a more spirited driving and since you have one of the most efficient Macan EV out there in this case you probably get a greater amount of enjoyment for those 200/300Kms so there you have it, happiness in either case??

Gongrats for your new car,it's a beauty indeed!Papaya was my by far favorite choice of colors but unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough and Porsche canceled it before my car enters its production phase.I'll still have my beloved orange color as a detail overall though... I know it's an absolute...

    (Yet) Another Macan 4S review

Couple of weeks ago the option disappeared from our configurator (I think around mid May) and from many other countries as well.I believe it's impossible to spec a car with this option in any country at the moment.

Macan EC Model Year 2026 and Leipzig factory closure

Talking about MY2026 I just realized (according to the configurator) almost all Porsche models except Macan has already changed to MY2026!Obviously the Macan MY2026 has indeed been moved after November like I've been told by my SA couple of months ago when I placed my order. Now I'm thinking it...

    Range - again

I can hardly wait to share my results in this thread...!!!Thank God summer is almost here and for the next 3 months Sardinia and South Italy will keep me quite distracted from my 4S delivery day anticipation. I'm super curious to see 1st hand how much the range positive impact will be with my...

Macan EC Model Year 2026 and Leipzig factory closure

I remember some time along the way my SA told me that especially the Macan unlike the rest Porsche models will not change its MY on September but rather from November onwards but I doubted him giving more credit to the information I got in here from our community. Maybe it's true after all...

Macan EC Model Year 2026 and Leipzig factory closure

Exactly that was the reason to ask for a late allocation so my production date is within 1st week of September and delivery one month later. The second reason was I didn't mind waiting a little longer as I prefer to get a MY2026 car delivered with the new software being available from September...

Macan EC Model Year 2026 and Leipzig factory closure

According to my SA and adding to my previous knowledge from in here August is the month most of the employees have their vacation and the plant in general even though continues their works it's under a "shlower than usual" mode. It's also the month Porsche chooses for servicing the production...

Macan EC Model Year 2026 and Leipzig factory closure

I think the OP means the August pause due to vacation and production line servicing rather than a complete factory closing.Maybe I'm wrong though... Concerning the building time needed for the car to be produced,as far as I know a heavy spec'ed loaded car needs approx 3 weeks to exit the factory...

Aftermarket wheels (by Aventador Wheels) on Macan EV

Same counts for the ones for 21''s relatively to 20"s,that's one of the main reasons I preferred to get the car with 21'' instead of 20'' so I don't have to buy myself the more expensive ones as it will be fitted already. I don't have an idea how much the 22''s would cost, likely must be around...

Macan 4 EV not ready for prime time

...In the case OP got an EU car, this one can't be a photo of the actual car he purchased simply because this is taken inside a US dealership and these cars - the one at the front as well the other one at the back on the right - are clearly US cars as only such a car is equipped with the...

Macan 4 EV not ready for prime time

... Seems uncertain it's an EU car, even though the German flag appears in OP's profile he states he's living in San Francisco ?. Unless he's FROM SF and living in Germany ATM.

Macan 4 EV not ready for prime time

@starfishmars did you get your car through special ordering via configurator and the rest procedure or did you get it by choosing one of the already availables at the dealership? In any case I feel sorry with what you've been through,I'll also become 1st time Porsche owner this autumn (my 4S...
