How were you able to add your vehicle to TYD without proof of ownership? When I tried to add my VIN to the My Porsche app in the U.S., PCNA responded that it cannot be added until I take delivery.

No sure if they would be damaged but would become hard as rock in low temperatures which make them dangerous to drive in the winter, particularly in icy conditions.

My bad… those are the 21” Design wheels. Btw, the 20” wheels have the monochrome logo unless you choose the $190 colored center cap option. I agree with the previous post that the 20” S wheels which are standard on the 4S help justify the cost to upgrade from the Macan 4.

Unfortunately I don’t know exactly when my VIN was available since I don’t get very frequent status updates from my SA. After asking for an update, I received my VIN on 10/14 but it could have been available much earlier.

My 4S was ordered on 8/28 with a freeze date of 9/16. Production was completed on 10/24 and delivery in NC is expected on 11/22. We’ll see if the delivery date holds given the software delays others have experienced with the 4 and Turbo.

Apparently the illuminated aluminum doors sills did not delay the (US) build of my Macan. I just heard from my SA that production of my 4S will be completed by tomorrow.

I agree with the other statements above. I didn’t need all of the aesthetic options included with the Turbo so it was difficult for me to justify the additional $15K expense. On the other hand, it was an easy decision for me to upgrade from the 4 to 4S since I got a boost in horsepower and it...
