I took delivery of my 2025 Macan Turbo this Monday and here were my initial thoughts.

Mine was spec'd with a full leather interior in black w Turbonite accents which is truly stunning. The deviated stitching and leather on virtually every panel make it quite a special place to be. I optioned the center console in leather which I highly recommend, it includes stitching in turbonite as well.

I opted for the Burmester, which has speaker grilles in Turbonite. I know a lot of people can't justfiy the price for this system, but I think it's worth every penny in it's clarity, imaging, and spacial qualities.

Setup at the dealer was pretty seamless, other than plug and charge which was grayed out. My SA said there would be a OTA software update coming soon that would be addressing that. Much to my surprise, the next day when I was playing around in the My Porsche app, plug and charged appeared so I was able to install the certificate along with that very easily.

Charging through the app was very easy, I went to an EA (before plug and play was active) and just initiated charging through the app which was very intuitive.

Build quality has been outstanding, they've definitely made improvements from the initial builds (including no seat belt or trunk rattling, no issues with panel gaps near the power charge port).

I'm amazed at how quiet and smooth the car has been, and instantaneously quick! Normal mode is perfect for every day commuting, Sport mode is fantastic with electric sport sound being very emotive, and the steering and suspension very sporty. I found sport plus to be extremely firm over bumps so that might be best for the track or super smooth roads which in Chicago don't exist :p I have Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 on 21" Turbo wheels, couldn't be happier w them!

Overall i'm extremely satisfied, I hope to have some more impressions and photos as I drive more!

I took delivery of my Macan Turbo just short of two weeks ago now. I went with Slate Grey Neo as well - Turbonite 22" wheels and bits on the outside - just skipped it on the side blade like yours. I chose the exact same options on the interior - Black full leather with Turbonite stitching and accents - including Burmester. I completely agree with you on the audio quality. I have read a number of reviews that complained about the Burmester system in the new Macan. I could not disagree more, the system is exceptional and worth the cost. An area that many seem to miss is the additional leather and stitching on the center console tunnel. It is somewhat unclear in how it is described in the configurator, but the option adds complete leather coverage to the entire center tunnel, down to the carpet and is spilt nicely down the middle (front to back) with stitching, which allows the color to be chosen. I matched the leather in black and stitching in Turbonite as you did. It completes the full leather interior nicely and upgrades the level of luxury.

As far as the build quality is concerned. I am very happy to report the same experience as you. Both inside and outside - the build quality is excellent. I have no issues with panel gaps/alignment, paint matching/quality, power charge port doors are aligned and work perfectly, not a single squeak or rattle. The inside is also as you have said - no issues whatsoever - everything looks and feels spot on and worth the price that Porsche has placed on it. Exceptional Porsche build quality.

Overall, like you, I am very happy with the Macan (Turbo). In my opinion and in my experience, this car has earned the Porsche badge.

By the way - forgot to mention how much I love this color. It was worth waiting for a 2025.

Wow that looks insanely good w those rims, congrats!! I also forgot to mention how superior the drive was to my 2018 Macan GTS, it’s much smoother and quieter overall.

Some settings you guys can play around with…For normal driving, I preferred Drive Mode = Normal, Chassis = Sport, Ride Height = Lowered, and Electric Sport Sound = On.

For Burmester audio, I used these settings in my car: Neutral default +0 setting for Bass/Treble, Symmetric, Sound Conditioner and Sound Enhancer “On”, Auro3D enabled with intensity = 6.

(Thank you for the complement.)

Thanks for the suggestions - I will give them a try. The Burmester complaints I read were regarding the bass. I feel the bass has plenty of punch - I guess they want the windows to rattle, haha. I have the Porsche carpeted cargo mat that I ordered with the car - matched the edging and Turbonite stitching. Another great recommendation if you want to order a quality cargo mat - it has both a carpeted and weatherproof side. It works and looks great. The reason I mention iit is that the folks that noted weak bass in the Burmester system went so far as to recommend not having a cargo mat. They thought it was impeding the bass. - not in my car!

As you noted, it has a great ride. I would expect even better with your wheel size. I am very impressed even with the 22" wheels. I would still say it is very quiet and comfortable on the road. My wife has an X5 50e with air suspension and 21" wheels. That is more or less about the same, with the X5 being slightly cushier. But they are comparable with regards to noise.

Altogether - this is a great EV and Porsche. I feel like I keep saying this. I was somewhat apprehensive after a number of complaints and problems that had been discussed. I am not saying problems have not occurred and do not want to discount these problem reports. I just know that my Macan is trouble free and what I now consider typical Porsche as expected!

Great observations!! I also forgot to mention, don’t forget to download the Spotify app through the PCM, it sounds far better there vs through CarPlay which must be somewhat compressed. I also enabled highest quality sound on the Spotify app. Not to mention the woofers need some time to be broken in so the bass should get bettter and better w time!

(Thank you for the complement.)

I also enabled highest quality sound on the Spotify app.
Can you let me know how you did this. Had a very quick Look at trying to do this today but didn’t notice any option for sound quality in the Spotify app/settings.
