I just got my Macan EV this week and have been having this same issue. It is honestly SUPER ANNOYING, especially for $100k++ car.
Every time I get out of car, whatever I was listening to in car suddenly starts blasting same music out of my phone speaker as I'm closing car door. (Samsung S25, Android Auto, Spotify)
I never had this issue in my BMW. And I travel a ton for work and used Android Auto in probably 100+ different brands and models, and never had this issue. Which leads me to believe it is some type of error in the Macan (like the car isn't properly shutting down android auto to the phone).
I tried turning music off in car, then get out. Nope - music starts on phone on car exit.
Tried turning car off before getting out. Nope -- car just restarts once you get out seat and then music also starts on phone.
BUT -- I think I figured a fix. Or at least a work around.
It's kind of ridiculous you can't just use the phone's spotify app via Android Auto.
But this at least stops my phone from turning into a load speaker every time I step out of the car.

BUT -- I think I figured a fix. Or at least a work around.
- I downloaded the Spotify app in the car system. (use PCM)
- Logged into my Spotify account on PCM.
- I changed my Android Auto settings so that music does NOT automatically start playing.
- Now, when I get in car -- my music starts playing from the car's Spotify app.
- And when I get out of car -- the music stops playing (from car's Spotify app).
- And my phone never plays the music - while in car, or when getting out of car.
- So, it is essentially "fixed".
It's kind of ridiculous you can't just use the phone's spotify app via Android Auto.
But this at least stops my phone from turning into a load speaker every time I step out of the car.
