wondering if someone can share the current PFS money factor? My friend just leased a Macan ev and wants to know if there was a markup

I just checked and it's still 0.0035 for all monthly payment leases. 0.0027 for one pay leases.

One thing to consider, if you do a one-pay lease and pay out $40k - $50k upfront, and the car is totaled 1 month later, you lost 100% of that cash. The insurance company won't give you a dime because you don't own the car. They pay the leasing company.

In other words, you lost $50k, and the leasing company made a handsome profit.

It's an unlikely scenario, but worth thinking about when making the decision.
