Car turned off

Yesterday I charged my Macan 4 at an EA high speed charger When the charge was finished, I got out of the car, leaving the drivers door open, released the charger card from the car and replaced it in the charger, got back in my car and closed the door. At that point, everything went black— the drivers display, PCM display were off. My first inclination was to do a PCM reset,but first,I tried just pushing the start button. When I pushed the start button everything came to life and was fine. So, it appears whatever I did—getting out of the car, leaving the door open etc caused the car to shut off. Can anyone explain this to me?

Most likely the car turned itself off after 30 minutes. This is expected operation if you are in Park and in Operational Readiness state (electronics only on mode) powered by the 12V battery. Macan EV manual is not specific after how many minutes it will turn off the car, but 30 min is the time on a Taycan to stop 12V battery power draw.
