CarPlay Won’t Connect

In a (failed) attempt to get a certificate for plug and charge, I reset my PCM and now I am unable to connect Apple Car Play.
I’ve deleted and reconnected my phone several times to try to get it to work. Nothing.
Has anyone had this experience and discovered a solution?

Make a new strong hotspot wifi password … was in the same boat, changing the wifi hotspot in the car to a long strong password fixed the issue …

Thanks for the suggestion. Just gave this a try and no luck.
