As I’ve said above, this happened on my first drive, but subsequently happened a further three times. Finally the main agent took it in and spent 2 hours on it. They said they’d reprogrammed it?

Well to date I’ve not had a recurrence, touch wood!, but I will post if anything happens again. The garage have asked me to take a photo of the message which comes up when the fault occurs??? They reckon they need proof of what comes up to give to Porsche??

This is obviously a common glitch - why don’t Porsche do something about it?

I’m having an intermittent problem with the cruise control on my Macan 4S. I get a message saying ‘Cruise Control not available drivers seatbelt undone’
It isn’t and despite stopping and belting up again, the message persists

Anyone have the same problem? Any suggestions/remedies?

This happened to me a couple days after picking up my new 4. It resolved after I stopped at a store and then re-started the car and re-engaged the function. No issue since.

Mine seems OK now after a visit to the dealership and having software reinstalled
