Hard for me to come up with the right search terms for this so I'm asking.
Usually the car will start slowing for slow traffic ahead way before getting uncomfortable. But over the past month I've noticed that occasionally the Macan approaches much slower vehicle traffic without slowing down. I step on the brake once it becomes uncomfortably close for me. There are no dash warnings, its like the radar is not detecting the vehicle ahead. The RADAR itself seems to be clean. Anyone notice this, Macan has latest software available in the US.
When it first happened a month ago I thought cockpit error, but it has happened twice since. When I resume after the braking, cruise functions as it should. I've been driving RADAR based adaptive cruise control for 15+ years and this behavior is new to me.
Perhaps coincidentally but I programmed the diamond button to show the front camera and parking assist screen. The button did nothing after one of these episodes.
