How many drivers are bothered by the mirror glare from the dash communication lighting? When I drive at night it's very annoying:(. I know I can turn down the brightness (I'm at 30% now) but its still is an issue. Sure, you can turn it to zero but that kills the feature. I tried piece of black pinstripe tape over the driver side part of the dash trim light and that did the trick. Rather a heavy handed approach but I really don't notice it and the rest of the dash lighting works as designed.
Any other ideas?

Also the two little yellow warning lights in the upper center console are also pretty bad. Did the same thing with them...now its perfect:)

Honestly, I never even noticed until this morning as I made a point to see what you were referring to with the communication light. Yes, I now see it but also quickly forgot about it. I do have my dimming as low as possible without turning off, so maybe that helped. I guess the good news is that if you do cover it, that section is super small and likely wouldn't be as apparent as if it were the main light strip.
