Macan EV Charger Cover Flap Not Flush

Delivery inspection in April 2025 noted the two manual charging doors to be "off". One worse than the other. They looked warped. As if the middle of the doors was "compressed" and lost the convexity. (became concave on the outside). They took it back to check when I brought it back for installation of a dash-cam. (took a long time to get that done but that's for another thread). They decided that it is something that needs replacement. They ordered the covers, then they have to get them painted (Volcano Grey with double layer of ceramic) then they will install. They did try "fixing" but decided that it is better to get those new. Small thing, but still.... it's not a Tesla after all where these things are normal...

I imagine there is a limit to how much they can adjust and in my case I was apparently close enough to spec to rescue the parts. At least they tried.
