My Porsche and CarPlay

I have Car Play connected to the PCM, but I don’t have the tab in the app under ‘functions’ to activate the My Porsche app in car play. When I hit Car Play, there’s nothing there. I think I’m missing a step but can’t figure it out. Looks like this-

It’s not available for the Macan. I just removed the My Porsche icon from Apple CarPlay.
