I have had my Macan 4 for about 6 months. It was working great. About two weeks ago (on 4/18), the MyPorsche App stopped getting any current data from the vehicle. The battery levels, vehicle location etc is stuck at the value on 4/18. I cannot start pre-climate and I cannot see the battery charging levels on my app.
I called Porsche Customer support and they asked me to see to send some pics of the PCM screen and the SOS button. No one returned my call or bothered to send me a case number. I had to call again, and still there was no update. They told me to hang in there for a few more days!
It is frustrating that Porsche Support would not even make an effort to walk through some basic settings to see if there is anything out of whack. I tried deleting and re-installing the app, without any success. The MyPorsche app on Apple store says version 15.0.1. After install, I see that the app is showing the version as "v15.25.16 build 400"

Anyone out there with a similar problem? I would appreciate some help.

Regards,
Prem

I have the exact same version of the MyPorsche app as you. I believe the only issue I am experiencing with the app is that when I select vehicle status, the last refresh time always displays four hours ago, so it’s pretty much completely useless as far as attempting to get a current vehicle status. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I used to get this issue. I use the app on android. The easy fix for me was to just close the app and reopen it and everything gets updated.

I had a persistent error when trying to set Departure times with the My Porsche app. But I could do it on the car’s PCM. I tried many things: I restarted the PCM by holding down the volume knob, I unpaired and paired again my iPhone to the car (iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 18.4.1), I logged off and logged in again to the My Porsche app, I did a phone reset (volume up, volume down, hold side button), I tried switching the date from automatic to manual on the car PCM; all without success. I emailed Porsche customer support and about two weeks later received a reply requesting that I send a picture of the PCM screen showing whether I had 4G/5G connection and a picture of the SOS button to see if it was lit green. I sent the requested pictures about a week ago and so far I haven’t received any response. Finally, I decided to do a factory reset of the vehicle and that fixed the problem. You may want to try some of the things I did and do a factory reset if nothing else works. Just make sure you are in an area with good cellphone coverage (ie outside of your garage) and that the car updates the time and date after the reset and before you start the login process. You may need to drive for a block or two. You may also need to request and reinstall your Plug & Charge certificate. And reprogram HomeLink and car settings. Not that difficult but a little bit of a hassle. Good luck!
