Online radio missing from UK Macan E?

Has anyone noticed that Online Radio stations are not available on UK versions of the Macan? The Taycan and Panamera I had both had online radio as an option so that I could listen to international radio stations but seems not possible on Macan?

That is! No internet radio on Macan turbo pcm
No smarthitstv also!
No bluetooth headphones for passenger screen!
Much better pcm on Cayenne, Panamera, 911 and Taycan!
