With added PPF to protect Car Body paint should help minimizing certain paint insurance claims. Yet Geico takes the benefits but does not cover its cost to have it added. I just spoke to the Service Department and have asked to have it added. And they declined. Now it's time to check out other insurance companies. Does anyone know of one that is willing to add it?
I was told Geico only covers 3rd party expenses of up to 1K per claim.

Comp/collision coverage just covers repair of the car to factory specifications, not including aftermarket modifications. That's not just custom audio, wheels, or engine mods but also body kits, roof racks, window tint, PPF, vinyl wraps, etc. The $1000 allowance you have there is pretty typical unless you have called out aftermarket modifications and added them to your policy.

Adding PPF increases the total cost of the claim. I can't think of a situation where you'd be in a body shop and having PPF prior to the accident would save the insurance company any money. Maybe if you were filing a claim for spray paint vandalism...but I'd just have the PPF replaced and skip insurance there.
