I had this on my turbo And fixed it.



Tailgate bump stops out of spec

• The EV tailgate uses two rubber bump stops (one on each side of the hatch, near the corners).
• If they’re not snug enough, the hatch can vibrate against the latch striker or the body.
• Fix:
  • Open hatch and locate the small black rubber bumpers.
  • Turn them clockwise to tighten (reducing extension) or counter-clockwise to loosen (increasing pressure when closed).
  • Adjust both equally until the hatch closes firmly but not harshly.
  • Many owners report this simple adjustment eliminates 90% of rattles.
