Rattling Rear Arm Rest

Does anyone else’s rear arm rest rattle on the catch when stowed away?

I’m wondering if I put a bit of tape around the metal it latches on to whether it would stop it and save a trip to the dealer. It wouldn’t stop them repairing under warranty in future would it?

I have rattle from different places in the right side of the car. (Left hand drive). I have had 4 BMW with no rattle but the Macan is the most expensive.

Won't impaired your warranty - just take the tape off prior if there's a concern.
