Update. So this is a weird one. My car has lost remote access for charging management purposes again. As a recap that means you can’t see the state of charge or set the max charge level. This means I can’t use my smart tariff with Octopus Electricity.
The weird bit is that it happened in the same location it did last time. I was on a 250 mile round trip to Brighton like last time and it stopped receiving updates as soon as I stopped in Brighton! Fortunately it’s due in tomorrow for an examination of my frunk catch that won’t close and to get the 28.13 update which is a prerequisite for a warranty investigation apparently. Let’s see…
It'll eventually start working again on its own. It's happened to me twice and lasted 1-2 weeks.OK, after reading through all this, I have a different problem. My app is connected to the car. I can lock and unlock remotely. But I can't see SOC or plan a departure. Weird. Might have to call the dealer.
That’s exactly what happened to mine. The first time for 3 weeks with no obvious actions taken to fix it. The second time it was fixed when they upgraded it with the 28.13 patch, which could of course have been completely coincidental.OK, after reading through all this, I have a different problem. My app is connected to the car. I can lock and unlock remotely. But I can't see SOC or plan a departure. Weird. Might have to call the dealer.
How do you reboot the PCM?Reboot of the PCM in the car fixed it.
