Traffic sign recognition telltale light comes on

The Traffic sign recognition telltale light comes on the Dash seemingly at random.
Is there some conditions its suppsoed to light up - I think that means it off - I have it set to on in the Settings.

Like, is it one of those automatic things like the Adaptive Cruise control indicator turns into a Regular cruise control indicator whent heres no car in front of me? and I do not have anyway to manually select Regular Cruise control.

I've seen it pop up for school zones. I initially though it was indicating a school zone with a yellow bus... until I read the text.
