Trying to figure out all the things that could be in the new Turbonite color when speccing out a Macan Turbo in the US.

Exterior
  • Front lid crest
  • Wheel center caps
  • Window trim
  • Side blades
  • Model designation
  • Wheels, painted (paid option, only on select 22" wheels)
  • Airblades (observed)
  • Lower rear fascia trim (observed)
Interior
  • Steering wheel crest
  • Interior accents
    • Door panel accents
    • Steering wheel elements including the mode switch
    • Center console cover (aka Center console inner surround?)
    • Selected climate operating elements
    • Speaker covers in doors (if Burmester)
  • Stitching (many elements)
  • Seat belts
Edit: Added observed Turbonite accents not mentioned in US configurator. There are options to change those to High Gloss Black, so it tracks that they are meant to be Turbonite.

The reason I’m looking at this is trying to coordinate the color scheme. As soon as I spec Roof Rails in Black Aluminum, for example, it means I lose the Window trim. That’s a little frustrating since Turbo already includes a lot of High Gloss Black in the exterior, so it’s not like the Black Roof Rails would feel out-of-place...

Similarly, can’t do Club Leather without losing a whole bunch of the interior Turbonite.

Another addition to the list is that wheels can optionally be painted in Turbonite, but it requires choosing one of two 22" wheel options.

There's an option to change the Airblades to be painted in High Gloss Black.

From @PorscheManiac 's analysis of photos it sounds like the front airblades are Turbonite as well.

By default, both the Front air blades and Lower rear fascia trim are turbonite on the Turbo model.

Got it, yes, this makes sense since there's also a High Gloss Black option for Lower rear fascia trim in the configurator.

Neither the airblades nor lower rear fascia are listed in the "standard equipment" bit. The others from OP are.

Unfortunately the configurator isn’t the most accurate, there are a few misses here and there. 🤷🏻‍♂️

One thing I've noticed is that if you add the roof rails in black (which also adds the window trim in black) and then uncheck the window trim in black (which then says it will remove the roof rails too), the configurator gets confused and leaves roof rails on the image BUT they change color to what appears to be turbonite. The fact that turbonite roof rails are buried somewhere in the configurator database gives me hope that they'll actually be an offered option at some point. Anyone else seeing this or hearing anything about it?

@referee-roper0k I would reply the same thing as just above, the configurator is a bit of a mess… and at this point, no one (besides Porsche corp, maybe?) knows what’s next.

Heck, dealers don’t even know yet the specs of the current version of the car so the next one… 🫠
