I had to increase my insurance as my Daytona has nearly doubled in price. It’s ridiculous as i paid a premium in 2018 for a new “used“ one - wish i had bought two!

Flying and high performance autos just seem to always go together! Here is my first watch I got for my 16th birthday and a few exclusive flying oriented watches I collected over the years. I have found memories fighting west coast F-14’s back in the early 80’s!

Was able to snag a MoonSwatch Mission to Pluto thanks to a friend of mine hitting up Swatch stores while in NYC.
When I picked up, immediately ordered a Barton red rubber strap to swap out the crappy velcro strap that comes included. Much happier with the looks and wearability now ??

After being on the list for over a year, I got the call from my Rolex AD. I wanted a Submariner or Daytona (Daytona is basically never going to happen) two tone. The AD is holding a Sea-Dweller for me to pick up tomorrow. It is basically a Sub on steroids & I'm concerned it will be too big & heavy for my 7in. wrist. Anyone familiar with it? Thoughts on it as compared to a Sub? Concerned if I don't take this one that the AD is offering, that at 77 years old I will never get a Rolex.
In my experience (I have similar size wrists) I would wait for a Sub or a GMT. The Sea-Dweller was too big and just didn’t feel or look right. That said go down have a try on see how it feels.
