Has anyone found any pre-cut headlight ppf / stone guard as of yet? I am yet to take delivery but current ICE Macan loves getting stone chips on headlights and fog lights so want to do something to protect them. If not will enquire with local ppf installers

Smart of you to get them PPF covered, for the cost to replace one, especially if the HD matrix design is way over $1,000. I have my PPF installer always cover our headlights, and for the Macan they will also do our turn signals.

They look like they will be stone chip magnets to be honest!

For what it is worth, 3 different PPF installers in my area all said they do not install on Porsche headlights due to delaminating concerns.

I also queried with my PPF installer whether it's a bad idea to PPF Porsche headlight as it affects the matrix function or something like that, so I have heard.
But he said that's not true, as he has done on many. So, I got PPF on headlights too and it seems to work fine.

i have heard this crap, that it will wreck the lights from some different salespersons and from some isolated PPF shops for literally 15 years. I have nonetheless had it put it on every single vehicle e.g., installed on every one of my 9 vehicles owned since PPF started ā€” including on our DDā€™s. I have have at least three headlights saved by the PPF, more likely 4 ā€” for we do an annual average of +10,000 miles of road trips alone on top of local driving. I will have my Porscheā€™s lights PPFā€˜d for sure.

Iā€™m not saying youā€™re wrong, but Porsche is the only manufacturer with a warning, that Iā€™ve seen anyway. All my other cars have PPF the headlights.
