Traffic congestion not showing on NAV

My Macan 4S is not showing traffic congestion. Any suggestions? Privacy is off and subscriptions are current.

Same happened to me yesterday. Worked fine in the am and then stopped in the afternoon. Will try again today and see.

That happens to me occasionally on my other (non-Porsche) vehicles. It usually comes back on its own and my best guess is that it’s attributable to a bad signal or a needed software update. I’ve never received a good explanation from my dealers.
