The best laid plans...
So my leased 4s and I are headed to NJ (I know, plenty of opportunities for a joke or two). My car came with the Michelin summer tires.
As this car is a lease, I would prefer to not have to put bkizzaks on, but wanted to know what this group thought?
Much thanks.
Good day to all. I received the warning below (similar to the Microsoft 'Blue Screen of Death') this morning.
After turning the car off and back on, the message went away.
My service people at the local Porsche dealer advised me that unless it reoccurs, don't bring it in.
So... Anyone...
I'm at 3400 miles, 4S, 20' Summer Michelins.
Averaging 3.4 miles / kWh, average speed of 32 MPH. As the weather has warmed up a bit, average for the past few hundred miles is between 3.7-4.0 miles /kWh.
I greatly appreciate all the replies... But... Please see the photos below.
I know it's supposed to only be 5 degrees... But... Does anyone see 5 degrees?
Good day all.
I'm kind of embarrassed asking, but earlier today, as I was leaving an appointment with my friend, I asked him to check my rear tire, as it should pivot outward once I crank my steering wheel.
He told me he didn't see any change.
So.. Is there a way to confirm the RWS is...
Thanks for this...
So, I'm now rather confused: I've always used the doorjam for proper pressure (for my 20' Summer tires it indicates 41 psi).
The Porsche app shows that the tire pressure should be 35 psi!
Am I truly to rely on the Porsche app?
Very interesting - My 4S was in the shop Monday - they also did the 'campaign' - and had the car finished the same day.
Question for all - how do I know what 'release' my Macan is at?
Thanks.
I'll jump in - as I just finished 2 weeks & 1,700 miles in my 4S with the HUD.
Initially the HUD is a bit distracting - perhaps (when 'fully deployed' with Porsche navigation) even overwhelming. After a week or so it became 'normal' - in fact, I found navigating with it easier than referencing...
