No there is no VPN active on my phone, Iāve downloaded the app onto a different device and the same US features are present when logging in. Both app stores are confirmed to be UK, and I have confirmed that my Porsche address is all UK based.
Yes it looks like for some reason I have the North American version of the application - this is confirmed by the contact telephone numbers and if I select Breakdown Call it references north america.
Yeah I have got nothing under FAQ section, I also note that you are UK based and that all the customer support contact details reflect the UK where as mine reflect the USA.

My ICE Macan was also no issue! Same set up at home too, outdoor AP for the cars when they are at home.
I spoke to Porsche connect today, they advised a factory reset ? of the PCM.
I did it, but still the same issues. Itās got to be some back end / server side issue.

Was out earlier, spoiler manually extended whilst fiddling with some of the Drive Mode settings.
