Not sure how much you’ve experienced but I’ve found the stereo sound stage setting to be superior to the surround setting. I usually default to surround settings in cars for a more full sound, but I think it muddies up the mids quite a bit in the macan Bose system.

I think a lot of this comes down to expectations and whether one is truly into HiFi. Most people that are overly critical of these systems are coming at it from a completely different standard of required fidelity from their audio system. If you've spent any time in this world, you'll soon...

I say get it as it’s fun. It’s default on in sport mode so adds some additional emotional feeling when switching to sport. However, will you miss/regret it later if you don’t get it? Probably not.

I would at least take a video when it's happening so you can play it for them so they have some idea what it sounds like. If you can isolate where exactly in your dash the sound is coming from, stick some painters tape down... anything you can do to zero in their hunt would I'm sure be appreciated.

I know for a fact that my dealer listed my special order in their inventory online. Basically anything that doesn't seem to have a real picture from their lot attached to it online is most likely a special order that can't be purchased.

I've played around with this feature in other cars and always found it to be glitchy and gimmicky. Given the terrible quality of the exterior camera system in the Macan, I would be nervous to rely on it....

I would not wait….i personally feel like there is a greater than 50% chance of an auto tariff with Germany, especially now that the far right party did not win the German election. There is no way I would have made my 4S purchase with the additional tariff cost passed on to me.

You’ll never know if it’s a reasonable unless you ask your dealer for it. And you probably won’t get it unless you are willing to walk away from the purchase. But what’s the worst that could happen?

Exactly….reading reviews after you’ve purchased a car is just an exercise in confirmation bias or to torture yourself that others don’t agree with you. If you love your car and others hate it, who cares….unless the sole purpose of the vehicle was as a status symbol.

And I think this comment is exactly why people are struggling with your review. A 52 is a failing score.... "Totally keeping it / love it" is a passing with flying colors whole hearted endorsement. I didn't watch your whole video so maybe it was a little tongue and cheek with the negative...
