Does anybody know if this piece circled in red comes off easily?

One of the regrets of not getting full leather was this piece being in hard plastic so I am
considering wrapping it with Alcantara.

Not an expert but I do believe all panels can be removed. I did get it in leather and agree, the plastic is not ideal.

share.......how is it removed?

I was considering wrapping some parts as well. if that piece doesnt' require the whole car be disassembled, then it'll def happen

I played around with it last night but couldn’t quite figure it out easily. They seem pretty tucked in and would probably need the whole center console area to be disassembled unfortunately is my guess which would be too much work for me!

yeah, it does seem to be pretty in there... But what's interesting, is that it's not all one piece with section below it

Odd. I would think item 17 must break down into at least two parts. I have full leather and the outside of that item is leather, while the inside is plastic.

Maybe it’s considered one piece because the leather is glued on and can’t be separated from the plastic.

Yah that’s my assumption too. It’s really tight in there and I tried prying it and it didn’t work and I didn’t want to break anything
