This started last week. On getting in the car, Android Auto starts and I get a warning message, saying my phone battery is almost exhausted and needs charging, yet the phone is fully charged.

No recent phone updates installed, and no car software update. Is anyone else seeing this? I note that other manufacturer forums are also reporting similar, so I suspect this is an Android rather than Porsche PCm issue.......?

Must be phone related and jot PCM.

Try powering off the phone and / or delete the device from the PCM and then re-add.
