My App stopped showing the latest home charging data. Does anyone know of a fix?

Same problem. Seems like it adjusts itself at some point. Have reinstalled the app/rebooted the pcm. No go.

There is another thread on this topic.

Noticed it on mine this past weekend when I was plugged into a public charger. It says it wasn’t plugged in but Chargepoint says it’s charging. Then last night when I was charging at home, it didn’t update either. But at around 1am, the notification and status popped up on my phone and it fixed itself. Looked at this again earlier and it states that it was updated 6 hours ago.
I’m thinking it might be an outage on Porsche’s systems now.

I had the same issue this weekend. And I’m also not able to remote pre-condition the car from the app. The door lock/unlock data seems to be refreshing normally. So I’m hoping it’s some central Porsche service for charge status and other Connect services that’s down. I’ve tried rebooting the PCM, re-installing the app, and no luck either.

I'm having the same issue. I can't precondition my car and can't check charge status.

Same here. Arrived home from church service yesterday and I noticed that the current SOC wasn’t displayed. I had to rely on the PCM to let me know what the SOC was.
Magically, today I noticed it was working again.

The Macan EV is a great vehicle, but these little quirks are so maddening. They would be maddening on a $30k vehicle, much less a $105k vehicle.

As I mentioned to my good friend, John, a Macan Turbo owner, I’m really looking forward to the launch of the new Volvo EX60, on its new platform. Although that could bring about just a whole new raft of software issues. We’ll see.

Had the same issue.. after tinkering with the PCM and the app for a few hours I threw in the towel and called 1-800-PORSCHE. They must have rest something on their end because in an hour the app started working properly again. I would call them …

@danio I thought about calling the Porsche support line - they are always extremely helpful - but I believe they’re closed on Sunday.

I had the same problem and read online about removing the account from the PCM and re-adding it. I did that, and it did indeed fix the problem. But as you say, it's a real pain to have to go back and re-adjust all the car's settings. :facepalm:
