I'm having the same issue. I can't precondition my car and can't check charge status.I had the same issue this weekend. And I’m also not able to remote pre-condition the car from the app. The door lock/unlock data seems to be refreshing normally. So I’m hoping it’s some central Porsche service for charge status and other Connect services that’s down. I’ve tried rebooting the PCM, re-installing the app, and no luck either.

I had the same problem and read online about removing the account from the PCM and re-adding it. I did that, and it did indeed fix the problem. But as you say, it's a real pain to have to go back and re-adjust all the car's settings.same issue since Sunday. I called 1-800-porsche and the agent said remove my account from the car inside the pcm and set it up again from scratch. I read this as something that will definately cost me a lot of time to maybe fix a server problem- so haven't done it yet.
