Loving my turbo so far but for the life of me I cannot get our keys to pair with our profiles.

I've logged into my profile - set everything up, hit set 1 - hit set and unlock on the remote to pair (yellow confirmation) and have done the same for my wife with the exception of set 2 and being on her profile.

Yet when we get in the car, it is always going back to the last profile regardless of whose key is present.

All of these steps were done with only one key in the car.

Help is appreciated.

I'm probably going to be zero help here, but i did essentially the same without hitting the 'set' and unlock on the key to pair...

All i did was to ensure that one key was present (with other key out of range just to be safe); step into the vehicle, select the user profile in PCM that i wanted (and let PCM do the whole 'login' and profile pull) and once loaded and setting the seat/mirror/climate positions; just power off and exit the vehicle normally.

Just throwing it out there - could it be an issue with data reception that the vehicle has? I notice that the changing of the profile does seem to pull to profile from the cloud. If the vehicle's reception is spotty, it MIGHT affect that? (although i'd expect the vehicle ideally to store the profiles locally somewhere?)
