Charge status and remote climate not available in My Porsche app

Picked up the car on 4/26, checked with Porsche customer service and search past threads here, haven’t found a solution to solve the issue yet. I am able to see the location and the status of the car, but not able to see state of charge and control climate.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and able to fix it?

there's definitely threads on this issue in this forum.
This is a server/back end issue. I had to get it fixed via Porsche Customer service.

I have the same issues and provided Porsche Service with screen shots of problems. How long did it take to get corrected? Thanks.
