Date and Time not automatically updating

This is a first. I have done probably 15 PCM resets at this time to try and fix Plug and Charge (to no avail!!!!). And this time the date and time won't auto update. Previously this would happen in minutes or seconds and driving around. This time nada. Going on two days. Reset again, not auto updating. I think my PCM is cursed.

I’m having the same problem after factory reset to get plug and charge to start working. Now that’s working but date / time is off (auto time / day greyed out). You can manually input but I noticed it doesn’t save once car turns off for some reason. I’m scared to factory reset again and lose plug and charge. It’s also hassle to redo the home link for garage opener as that gets cleared too.

I was in the same situation after a PCM reset. It magically solved over night. The next morning date and time matched and the auto-time-option no longer was grayed out and was activated. I guess the system needs some time to connect to its servers in the background.

Having the same issue here with auto date/time. I got my plug & charge to work by changing my default payment credit card to match my billing address on the myporsche website.

the 5g signal at my home is weak, so i went to work and had a strong 4g signal and now my plug & charge works.

Auto date/time, i hope this resolves itself being parked at work with a strong 4g signal.

I usually just walk away from the car without hitting the power off button. I wonder if using the power off button helps reset some of the bugs. The times I have used the power on/off button, my automatic headlight control intermittently leaves the parking lights on.

I checked my settings yesterday and the auto date/time appear to be working now. I didnt switch it on but when I went to the menu it was already selected...

I did have a support ticket open with Porsche. Maybe they did something on their end because they did seem to have access to my car remotely and told me my plug and charge was working (after it fixed itself)
