Good news, my January Build charge doors seem to be flush.

But I didn't notice a front fender/bumper fit issue in the bright light at the dealer. It is obvious in my dimmer garage lighting where a shadow is thrown (not that I expected it to be perfect). The passenger side is not off as much. I looked through photos posted here and didn't see a similar fit problem. Is this something new for new owners to look for at delivery, or has this been widespread?

Do you think this would buff out? :)

My new 4S has a similar problem on the front passenger side, driver's side is much better.

Can't be bothered to take to dealer just for this, but will mention it next time I need to go there.

Feels solid, just poor fitment. The rest of the car is perfect though.

i think this is how they're coming i noticed this soon after receiving mine in december...then when looking at other pics on here, i noticed it seemed to be same for others.
I'm not saying it's ok...but it's certainly not an anomoly... I think it's just much easier to see on the lighter colored cars

I am not saying this is not an issue, but I took delivery of my 2025 Turbo last week. My friend and I both ordered new Macan models - the the fit, finish and over build quality was spot on and what I would expect from Porsche. I had a 992 911 and 2025 Macan T previously - both were also perfect. It is unfortunate that some of the Macan Electric builds are showing some of these issues. I am curious, was your Macan an earlier 2024? If so, is this still occurring on new 2025 cars being built?

By the way, my Macan Turbo is Slate Grey and my friend's Macan 4 is white. Some have complained about the charge port doors not being aligned as well - both of our builds were perfect - they are the powered doors.

Manufacturing process began 1/13/25 and completed 1/19/25, 2025 model 4S.

The manual charge doors look ok, but the hinge has a flimsy feel in that there can be a bit of movement that can throw them off alignment a bit. A little pressure in the right place puts them back in alignment. I think the soft surround gasket may have something to do with it.

I just may have been spoiled, over the past two decades, by inexpensive cars with narrow gaps and everything fits perfect. :)

I would not say you are spoiled or that you are being unreasonable, whatsoever. I have had many cars from other brands - BMW, Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, even GM. Only with Tesla did I ever have build quality complaints. I am just not sure how prevalent this issue is. That being said, it really is unacceptable for Porsche and should not be occurring at all. Unfortunately, it seems to still be showing up on some builds like your 2025 4S. I would definitely bring this up with your dealer and request that they correct the panel alignment issues that you have illustrated in your photos.
