having 2 porscheID (my wife & I) registered on the car, using the "add" button ?

I tried to add the macan to the app on my wife's phone.
She has her own porscheID(/email)

I would like to have her key to "recognize her", so that she's not seen as "me" when entering the car, so having her own setting, etc.
I tried initially to use the "add vehicule" in the app => rejected by the app, "please contact dealer"
So I went in the car, (opened by her key),
I was proposed by the car to use the "guest" or "Gregory (myself)" or "add user" access
So I pressed "add user"
I got the QR code, so I scanned it (with my wife's phone of course)
the phone told me "OK"
then the car said "no connection available now, please try later" (while there IS internet connectivity, spotify native app was playing)

any clue ?

Could be just a glitch if the secondary ID is associated with the car then she should be able to login and automatically once the association with the key has been made.

Try adding her account when you are logged in but don't have her key present until you have added the account. Possibly go as far as locking the car with your key and then repeat with her key and manually sign in with her account and then lock the car with her key to complete the association.

Do not have both keys in the car at the same time as that will confuse.

my fault...
I didn't notice my wife's account has access to the Boxster as second user, but... not to the macan.
allowing her from main user solved the issue
Just the fact that the message in the car "no connection available" let me think it was a internet connection issue...

Honnestly, Porsche make the things quite complicated compared to BMW
But nothing new on this side.
Whatever, as long as they keep making good cars... fine for me.
steering is "porsche feeling". Braking is wow (almost like my 718). I had to drive the X5 for 2 km recently, and I feared the brakes were out of service !
